New Painting.....
New painting almost finished...I was creative over the weekend.
Inspired on an recent adventurous camping/boat trip to an island in the Gulf of Mexico. Fantasy or Surreal...I'll let you be the judge of that. I love this piece and hope all you fish and art lovers will too.

Where Are My Pictures, Mommy?
About the Book:
This story about a journey taken by one couple to become a family. The purpose of this book is to explain to children that there are different ways to become part of a family and that there are remarkable similarities in the parental experience. The story is about two sisters, one who joins the family through adoption and one who joins through pregnancy.
This book provides positive examples of children who embrace their own stories and it sets the stage for readers to have their own conversations about their own families and how they came to be. When parents read this book to their children, they should ask them how they think the characters feel about finding the photographs and what kinds of questions they might have.
